Gerard van den Berg rattan leather sofa, 1970s.

This rare and very comfortable 2-seater sofa from the mid-century was designed like the famous Rock by the renowned Dutch designer Gerard van de Berg for Montis. He created this sofa before the all-leather Rock. It is very rarely seen and is in incredibly good condition for its age and material. Period: 1970s dimensions: w 155 x d 74 h 110 seat height 40 cm the lounge corner with two leather cushions is placed in a beautiful wicker frame. The leather is in healthy condition and all original. It has a very nice patina. However, one of the leather parts (at the front) has been professionally redone, the sofa is a good value for money with slight wear that has occurred with age and use. The origin of this authentic 2-seater is Dutch and was produced in the 1970s. The bohemian-looking sofa fits perfectly into an eclectic setting.
