Complete vintage dessert service on the theme of the beginnings of the automobile, illustrated and signed by the French designer Jacques Charmoz for Val d'Or (FAïences de Gien), dating from the 1950s. This service in excellent condition consists of a series of 9 dessert plates and a large pie or cake dish. The pieces are enamelled earthenware, with different polychrome decorations, and borders highlighted by gold threads. A charming theme, with great fine illustrations and sparkling colours!
