Baumann children's/teenagers' desk - 1930s

Baumann desk in solid oak from the 1930s, designed by the renowned brand Baumann, known for its exceptional craftsmanship and durable creations. With its relatively narrow tabletop dimensions, it can adapt to many uses: children's room desk, entrance console, living space... Very nice turned wood work on the bottom of the desk. Initially, it had multiple storage compartments on its right, but these have been replaced by three drawers, more practical for daily use (the lock on the middle drawer is non-functional). It has been fully restored, with the removal of an old white paint that had been added, and then protected with a clear care oil. It is in very good condition (note a dent on the tabletop, at the back side - see photo). Dimensions: L.118 X D.44 X H.70cm.
