Small 1930s wooden and glass furniture with sliding storage boxes

A small piece of intriguing curiosity, whose original use is still a mystery. It's a unique piece, the manufacturing seems to be handcrafted. The moving boxes are adjusted on a glass axis. They slide from top to bottom and from right to left. The base is a wooden square of 19cm X 19cm. Height 67 cm. An object whose future use is open to all proposals.
