Bor wall lamp in space age style, Ikea, Sweden, 1980s

In the 1980s, ikea commissioned well-known designers such as ettore sottsass and verner panton, creating unforgettable lamp and furniture designs. This space age wall lamp is one of the results of this collaboration. Its simplicity is stunning and the design itself still stands the test of time. The presented wall lamp is the v9419 type of the bor model for ikea from the 80s. The lamp shade is a cone, the base is slightly spherical, the whole is made of nickel-plated metal. The lamp offers space for a single standard e27 bulb up to 75w. The mounting is also simple but functional, making this lamp also suitable as a nice wall lamp. Suitable for 110v and 220v networks. Max. The recommended voltage is 75w. The lamp is of course fully functional and is in good vintage condition with no cracks or (serious) scratches, item sold without bulb.
