Bertrand balas, architect of toulouse born in 1935, likes to contemplate the sunsets on the garonne. In august 1970, he created the lighting here comes the sun. At first glance, this original lamp looks like all the so-called original lamps. But when lit, the suspension becomes magical. The night becomes sweet, and reassuring. At the same time, in the spring of 1969, george harrison wrote here comes the sun: after winter, it is good to feel the warmth of the sun's rays. The drawing is simple and worked at the same time since the diffuser allows a double orientation of the light: on the one hand direct down and on the other hand indirect through a play of light reflected from the inside of the lampshade. These suspensions, available in several dimensions, can be used on their own or in groups, which amplifies the evocation of a constellation, a reference dear to the designer at the time of design. Sold without rosettes. Exposed in the shop, this suspension has wear marks visible in the photos.
