Pitcher and six Japanese cups in crackled ceramic with floral decoration — 20th century. A lovely dialogue between the softness of ivory and the design of flowering branches... This 20th-century Japanese set includes a pitcher and six matching cups in crackled glazed ceramic. The flowers evoke those of the plum or cherry tree. Their white petals blend with touches of orange-red, green, and golden details. The decoration unfolds on each piece, with much charm. The pitcher, with its slender silhouette and rounded handle, bears a red seal at the base. The workshop is not identified. A refined set that one can easily imagine in a display case or on a sideboard, where its motifs and crackled glaze can be appreciated daily. Dimensions: • Pitcher: height 23 cm × length 19 cm × width 19 cm. • Each cup: height 10 cm × length 9 cm × width 9 cm. Perfect condition. The crackles are part of the glaze finish. The set is sold complete: one pitcher and six cups, totaling seven pieces. Shipping: Vintagedecoco pays special attention to the packaging of each piece to ensure its protection during transport.
