Haussmannian wardrobe door 82.5x261.5cm antique with frame

Beautiful wardrobe door measuring 82.5cm by 261.5cm, painted in cream white. Given its large dimensions, it can very well be used as a communication door. With its completely disassembled frame, the uprights "extend" 13cm below and 23cm above the frame, the top was "inserted" at ceiling level, allowing for the insertion of bricks or a panel above to maintain its full height, with the bottom fixed to the floor. The fact that the frames "extend" at the top and bottom allows for easy adaptation to any type of flooring: parquet, underfloor heating, tiles, etc. Adaptable in dimensions to the height of its frame, a sanding, and a tinting according to your tastes and your interior, it is ready to be installed! All in the 19th century, of Haussmannian style. The carpentry assembly is classic with flat panel boards, mortise and tenon joints, and dowels. Fine and elegant mouldings in the door frame, repeated on the frames. Solid and substantial carpentry, door thickness of 3cm, frame of 50mm, and frame with mouldings of 7.2cm thickness. The moulded frame measures 100cm by 271cm (from the top of the painted frame to below the skirting boards). This door and its carefully disassembled frame are previously painted, not warped, the door closes properly, and despite a few rare scratches and some areas where the paint is flaking, it is in very good condition, disassembled and stored safely. We have screwed a board (unpainted) at the bottom simply to maintain squareness. This door is equipped with its lock (we do not have the key...).
