This charming little Louis XVI-style mahogany serving cabinet, dating from the 19th century, captivates with its elegant lines and rich details. It is topped with thick Bohemian Breccia marble, carved with a peripheral groove that emphasizes the cabinet's shape. The latter features concave sides and rounded front corners, giving the piece a soft and harmonious silhouette. This cabinet features a drawer and a door, both adorned with a gilt bronze ribboned entrance, typical of the Louis XVI style. An ornate key accompanies the lock, which is in perfect working order. This cabinet is distinguished by its curved sides, highlighted by six mirrors on each side, creating a subtle and luminous interplay of reflections. These sides are accompanied by small arched shelves, ideal for displaying decorative objects. The four uprights of the piece are delicately carved with fixed fluting, giving an elegant verticality to the structure. The rounded front uprights are highlighted with discreet moldings that reinforce the noble character of the piece. The whole rests on four tapered legs, finished with shimmering brass sabots, ensuring both stability and refinement. ******* Period: 19th century. Excellent condition after restoration in our workshop. Waxed finish. Delivery upon request in France and internationally. Table dimensions: Width: 109 cm. Depth: 37 cm. Height: 87 cm. Reference: 300925.2.
