This botanical lithograph by Redouté is a delicate reproduction, derived from the work of Pierre-Joseph Redouté, a famous botanical painter of the 19th century, also known as a botanical plate. It features: Rosa Bifera Variegata – The Four Seasons with variegated leaves. The lithograph was produced by the printer Rémond, based on a work by P.J. Redouté. It is presented in a patinated gold frame. The mount, adorned with yellowed paper and a fine black-bordered frame, adds all the charm of a beautiful vintage item and particularly highlights the artwork. The whole is in perfect condition.
