Secretary Napoleon III, 19th century, blackened pear tree.

I am selling this beautiful antique secretary from the Napoleonic III era made of wood (black pear). It has a foldable work surface, 4 large storage drawers that can be operated with the same key, turned columns, and decorative mouldings. There are also 3 small drawers in the "theatre". Although stable, the back legs have missing parts that need to be fixed (provided). There are signs of insects given its age, but the furniture has been treated. The chains are not original, and some strips have been replaced. The fabric on the surface needs to be changed. Height 149 cm. Width 76 cm. Depth 42 cm. To be collected by two people in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, on the 2nd floor. The furniture is quite heavy.
