Vintage tripod side table, marquetry diamond top – 50/60

A charming little elegant piece has just arrived at the workshop. A mini vintage gem perched on a tripod base that elevates it beautifully. Timeless charm of Mid-Century design. Dating from the 1950s or 1960s, it perfectly embodies the minimalist elegance of that era. This side table features a marquetry top. Its round surface stands out with a superb wood veneer work. Diamonds and hexagons come together to create a finely crafted trompe-l'œil geometric pattern. Its three tapered wooden legs narrow towards the ground, offering an airy and stable silhouette. The edge of the top is adorned with a delicate golden metal rim, adding an extra touch of shine and sophistication. The legs are fitted with their original metal and rubber protective caps. This table is in its vintage condition. It shows a beautiful patina that reflects its history.
