Sideboard, brutalist sideboard in solid elm, made in france in the 1960s. Aranjou is a french furniture brand which reached its peak in the 1960s and 1970s. Founded in 1951 by claude allary and rené-jean caillette, it followed the wave of scandinavian and brutalist style which was very popular at the time. The brand stood out for its solid oak furniture made in france and its quality of finish. In the style of the creations of finnish designer olavi hanninen. Large storage space with its 4 doors and 4 drawers. Furniture in very good condition. Note: a slight scratch on the top and a repair on the central leg (solid and visible only under the furniture), see photos. Supplied with two keys.
