Vintage Rede Guzzini silver metal oval tray

A superb piece of Italian design with this Rede Guzzini tray from the 1970s. Rede Guzzini sought to combine new materials (plastic, acrylic, two-tone work, etc.) with noble materials, to bring these innovative materials to the highest spheres of design. This tray, in the Space Age style, is entirely silver-plated and features two two-tone acrylic handles (an innovation of the time). It has seen a lot of wear and tear, and has probably not always been treated with the greatest care... You will see some scratches in the photos. Its price therefore reflects its current condition; however, it has great appeal and will delight a lover of Italian design and collector's pieces to adorn a coffee table. Dimensions: 40x35x3 cm.
