Vico Magistretti set of 4 Carimate armchairs for Cassina Italy 1960

Set of 4 armchairs, model 892, designed by Vico Magistretti in 1960 and manufactured by Cassina, Italy. Originally designed for the Carimate Golf Club in Lombardy, Italy, these chairs combine traditional Italian craftsmanship and modernist principles, becoming a classic of understated elegance. The chairs feature a solid pine wood frame and a woven rush seat. Two chairs retain their original seat, while two have new rush seats, which will darken over time. The chairs are in very good condition, solid, with nicely aged frames and no seat damage.
