Vallauris vase made in the workshops of vallauris, a small town located between cannes and antibes. The ceramics of the 1950s/1960s experienced a real liberation of the forms and techniques used until then by craftsmen. Thus, several ceramics passing through the workshops of vallauris bring their style, such as the couple jacques and danielle ruellaud followers of a simple but colorful aesthetic with rounded geometric shapes like this vase. Brown and red, it enjoys a beautiful height but especially a wide oval-shaped opening that can accommodate a beautiful bouquet. The rounded and staggered handles with the mixture of red, orange and white tones as well as its beautiful brilliance give it an undeniable look. It has some traces of wear but its condition is good, it is stamped on the underside. Weight 1, 300kg. Height 28 cm. Width 18 cm. Depth 23 cm. Aperture 17x12 cm.
