Orientalist painting from the early 20th century

Oil on cardboard (isorel?) depicting a woman at the washhouse. The painting is signed at the bottom left and on the back. There is an indication on the back (road to old Lyon?). In good condition (see photos), with 2 missing pieces on the frame (lower corners, see photos).
