Ceramic vase from a modernist workshop in metallic violet, hand-signed by Meindert Zaalberg. Netherlands, 1926-1962. A personal work hand-signed, featuring a beautiful metallic violet glaze that becomes more intriguing with each glance. Wonderfully tactile surface and rich colour with a deep sheen. Simple design with a very delicately curved upper edge. The interior is violet at the top and transitions to a stunning sand colour. In very good vintage condition.
