A beautiful “lotus” chair designed by rob parry, manufactured by gelderland in the netherlands around 1960. A highly recognizable piece of dutch design! This wonderful modernist chair is made from high quality grey metal with warm brown wood and new grey fabric upholstery, creating a nice harmonious style that really contributes to the appearance. The armrests and slightly backwards positioned backrest creates a very comfortable seating experience. This is an iconic piece of mid-century dutch design, and for a reason! It remains in very good, vintage condition with new upholstery and only minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
