Superb and rare bas-relief in dinanderie, wall plaque in copper, in the Art Deco style and period, from the Arts and Crafts of the Abbey of Maredsous in Belgium. Depicting a wolf lying on a rock looking towards the moon - sun. Beautiful oak frame. Circa 1930. The plaque bears the stamp "Maredsous CSPB (Crux Sancti Patris Benedicti - Cross of Saint Father Benedict) and Arts and Crafts". Dimensions: Length (with frame): 26.5 cm.
