4-piece silver-plated coffee and tea set, circa 1930

Coffee and tea service from the Ercuis silversmiths and dating from the 1930s with very Art Deco lines and shapes. Four pieces make up the service: a coffee pot and a teapot composed of an ovoid-shaped container with a small pedestal, a faceted spout, a dark wooden handle and a hinged lid with a dark wooden knob; a small milk jug of the same composition and a sugar jar with a removable lid decorated with the same knob and two side handles. In good general condition, this service hallmarked on the back has regained all its shine thanks to our cleaning. Only the coffee pot has a slight brown deposit inside and some sunken spots and discreet scratches due to their use are present on the containers but do not detract from the charm of the whole. Ideal for joining your kitchen, this Ercuis service will find its place in any type of interior and will bring a vintage and graphic touch to your table decoration.
