La Borne iridescent blue sandstone teapot signed

La borne marie's artisan sandstone teapot. Email speckled khaki beige then adding a second layer of transparent enamel with iridescent blue pigments. Partial enamel of the teapot the bottom is raw, good general condition of the original enamel defects, small discrete shards at the edge of the beak, a large shard under the lid but not visible on top because the lid is in the hollow of the opening of the teapot (see photos). Beautiful authentic material and original color, pretty piece very decorative, it has served well and will serve again. 15cm diameter, 23cm length, height 12cm.
