Small lamp by Robert De Schuytener. Vintage. 1980s. In the purest neoclassical "Hollywood Regency" style of the era, which has made a major comeback! Base and stem (Art Deco style) covered in shagreen (sharkskin) faux leather, trimmed with polished brass strips. Rectangular, flared lampshade with rounded corners, made of off-white cotton canvas and embellished with gold braid. Overall dimensions (L X W X H): 34 X 17 X 43 cm. Base (L X W X H): 15.5 X 8.5 X 29 cm. Lampshade (L X W X H): 33 X 16.5 X 20 cm. For one E14 bulb/max 60W. In good condition. The lampshade is immaculate. The brass base has a scratch.
