Baulmann lamp, Germany, 72 cm in height.

Here is a very beautiful and large lamp made by the famous German brand Baulmann. This company, established in 1941, still exists today and is renowned for the quality of its lighting, primarily aimed at professionals (offices, hotels, restaurants, shops, boats, etc.). However, this company also emphasises human and social values by ensuring good working conditions, fair remuneration, and ecological values (responsible use of materials and resources) with manufacturing in Germany. This lamp has an elegant and timeless design: a square base in gilded metal, a square column in gilded metal, a quality lampshade with ecru fabric on the outside, enhanced with golden thread stitching, and a synthetic material that is easy to clean on the inside, with a slightly pyramidal shape. It diffuses a soft light. It was probably manufactured in the 1980s or 1990s and is therefore fully compliant, even featuring a cable with three wires, one of which is for grounding. I have tested it, and it works. The socket is designed for a large screw bulb (E27). It is in very good condition, with no signs of corrosion or cloudiness on the gilded metal base; the metal is still quite shiny, and the lampshade is in good condition for its age: just two halos that are not excessively visible (probably small stains cleaned with water). It measures 72 cm in total height, the base is a square of 14 cm on each side, the lampshade measures 36 cm on the bottom side, 28 cm on the top side, and 33 cm in height. The cable measures 190 cm in length.
