Fat Lava ceramic vase

Large vase in fat lava. Very nice appearance except a hair on the inner collar (see photo). To be assembled with other ceramics of the same type (see photo). The term fat lava designates, in a somewhat reductive way, the productions of german factories and studios of the 1950s and 1970s. It takes its name from the effects of embossed enamelling, frequently used with orange-yellow colors, which give the surface of the pieces a characteristic appearance of bubbling lava.
