Very beautiful antique coffee pot / jug in German porcelain from the Porzellanfabrik Kalk, factory in Eisenberg, Thuringia. A lovely collectible piece dating from the early 20th century, characterised by its elegant slightly ribbed body and its blue underglaze floral decoration, in the tradition of Strohblume / Strohmodell, also known as Indischblau. The fine and delicate blue and white decoration extends over the entire coffee pot, from the body to the neck and lid. The piece bears a blue painted mark under the base, corresponding to the Kalk factory. A beautiful antique piece that will interest both collectors of German porcelain and enthusiasts of antique blue and white tableware. Condition: the coffee pot itself is in very good overall condition, with no chips or cracks, and the decoration is well preserved. Only a chip on the edge of the lid is to be noted, which is clearly visible in the photos. This does not detract from the overall charm of this beautiful antique piece. The photos are an integral part of the description. Dimensions: Total height with lid: 23 cm Diameter of the body: approximately 12 cm Weight: approximately 600 g.
