Vintage 1960 Girard Barrère glass terrestrial globe - 36 cm

Old world map lamp in glass, paper and black lacquered metal from the girard et barrère brand circa 1960 in good condition. The map is patinated but the colors are still bright and it shows some losses, a particularly significant mark in the pacific ocean south of mexico. The black lacquered metal base is clean, the two caps are in place. It measures 36cm in height, 26cm in diameter and 27cm in depth.
