1930s Painting Oil on Canvas - Liege School, Ardennes landscape

Extremely decorative and characterful painting from around 1930, painted in the typical style of the Liège School. This oil on canvas shows an atmospheric Ardennes landscape of the High Fens (Hautes Fagnes) in soft pastel colours. Placed in a beautiful oak frame and signed, although the painter is unknown to us. A beautiful example of early 20th-century Belgian painting with the characteristic atmosphere of the Ardennes landscape.
