Mid-century tripod paper table lamp

Vintage design. Mid-century tripod table lamp in filigree. The design evokes an almost lifelike appearance. The prism-shaped diffuser shade is made of paper incorporating floral patterns. The finely crafted tripod frame legs extend from the base and end in flat disc feet. The angular shade and curved legs create a striking contrast. The socket is located in a ring on an arm of the frame inside the light fixture. The socket is marked "OSO S.S.R.", which may indicate Soviet production.
