1970s "Snake" coffee table by Knut Hesterberg for Ronald Schmidt, Germany

An iconic "Snake" coffee table, designed by Knut Hesterberg and manufactured by Ronald Schmidt in Germany around 1970. This wonderful table has a chrome plated metal base, in an eye-catching organic shape which gives it its name. The round, smoked glass top nicely emphasizes the sculptural design of the frame and adds a lovely sense of luxury to the piece. A very nice design that will add a beautiful sense of elegance to the interior and will definitely be noticed by any design enthusiast!
