Modern lithograph signed Ardengo Soffici Haystack and Cypress 1962

Colour lithograph. Signed at the bottom right; the serial number 93/100 appears at the bottom left. On the back is a label certifying participation in the First Triennale of Engraving at the Permanente in Milan in 1969. Close to the Futurist movement, Ardengo Soffici nonetheless engaged in discussions and controversies with it and its representatives, which led him to both approach and distance himself from this cultural movement several times. Indeed, in his later years, after experimenting with various avant-garde styles, he returned to traditional painting. The work comes from the collection of the Campari company. Framed.
