KOKESHI BY WATANABE YUJI / 11 CM

Magnificent kokeshi, with a kimono decorated with an elaborate floral pattern, it is called “flower song", and was created by watanabe yuji. Watanabe san was born in 1951 in the town of shiroishi, miyagi prefecture. Son of the famous masao watanabe he began creating kokeshi dolls in 1970 under the latter's direction.
