Elegant pair of silver-plated bronze candlesticks, signed by the silversmith Auguste Monnier Veuve, active in Paris in the early 20th century. Model inspired by the Louis XV style, with a baluster shaft featuring cut corners adorned with shells, resting on a scalloped base with steps. Work from 1911, combining balance and brilliance. Ideal for a reception table, refined decoration, or a collection of French silverware. The silver plating is well preserved, with a uniform patina and some signs of use. Period: Belle Époque (1911).
