Christofle silverware dish

Silver-plated "scallop" vegetable dish. This large deep dish bears the Fleuron mark and hallmark, produced by Christofle (second half of the 20th century), a major goldsmith. The inside of the dish has some minor wear due to its age, and on the outside, on the rim, there is the almost-disappeared trace of the rectangular "Christofle" label. A very attractive presentation piece for vegetables, purees, fruits, and flowers as a centerpiece.
