I am offering this magnificent large square plate (serving as a dish or deep plate) made of glazed terracotta, produced by the famous Spanish workshop Ceramica del Convento (Jesús María) in Aracena during the 1960s / 1970s. A high-technical period piece in strong relief, depicting a couple of peacocks / fantastic birds surrounded by a superb multicoloured scale frieze.
