Diamond Coffee Table

This coffee table was designed by its creator to maximise the interplay of light with the rye straw. The top is entirely inlaid with a pattern that captures a great deal of light, creating unique effects of relief and depth. The pattern also extends to the sides. Two oak niches (satin varnish) have been designed to hold books or magazines without worrying about damaging the marquetry, allowing for full enjoyment of its reflections. The interior uprights of the niches also echo the pattern with marquetry, which was a true feat to achieve such precision in these small spaces. The whole is elegantly enhanced by a solid oak base that gives character to this long and narrow table. A unique piece, dated and signed by the artist. Dimensions: H47 X W115 X D32.
