A timeless Beni Ouarain runner, entirely handwoven by Amazigh artisans using traditional Berber weaving techniques. The rug features the iconic black diamond lattice pattern associated with classic Beni Ouarain weaving, hand-drawn on a warm natural ivory wool background. The slightly irregular geometry is intentional and reflects the human hand behind each knot — giving the piece a character that perfectly symmetrical machine-made rugs cannot replicate. Its narrow width of 80 cm and generous length of 305 cm make it a particularly elegant interpretation of traditional Beni Ouarain design for hallways and elongated spaces. Each rug is: entirely handmade on a traditional Berber loom, hand-knotted by Amazigh artisans, made from 100% natural local sheep wool, woven using traditional Berber knotting techniques, individually crafted, knot by knot, never mass-produced, completely unique. Colour palette: a base of natural ivory wool/cream white contrasted by soft black and charcoal geometric lines. The ivory hue comes from the natural character of the wool rather than an artificial optical white, giving the rug a warmer and more organic appearance. The classic monochrome palette makes this runner exceptionally versatile. It works beautifully in Scandinavian, minimalist, Japandi, contemporary, Mediterranean, rustic, and organic-modern interiors. Ideal for hallways and entrances, but also stunning along a bed, in a dressing room, or in a long kitchen or passageway. Freshly handmade in our own artisan cooperative in Morocco. Subtle variations in the diamonds, knots, and wool pile are natural characteristics of authentic Berber craftsmanship and ensure that no two rugs are ever exactly alike.
