Polychrome floral-decorated jug in glazed ceramic, featuring a swollen shape topped with a prominent ring handle and equipped with several spouts. The body is adorned on the main face with a large stylised floral decoration hand-painted, consisting of a central flower in blue, yellow, and white tones, surrounded by generous green, red, and brown foliage highlighted with black lines. The whole stands out against a cream glazed background animated by numerous blue, green, and orange speckles, which give the piece a particularly decorative character and a beautiful presence. The shape, with its upper handle and various spouts, follows the tradition of popular Mediterranean jugs and pitchers. An original decorative piece, interesting both in a collection of ceramics and when displayed alone. The base left partially unglazed reveals the clay and traces of manufacture. Period: 20th century.
