Teheran 19th century carpet

This carpet from tehran was woven in the 19th century around 1880. It is fully hand-knotted. Solid and very decorative with many drawings of fauna, flora and trees of life. The outline of the patterns are often highlighted with a black line (characteristic of teheran carpets). Its size is ideal for a living room, office or bedroom. The dyes are vegetal and it will go well in a modern or classic décor.
