Late 19th Century Biedermeier Mahogany Center Table, 1890s

Biedermeier mahogany center table from the late 19th century. The top with rounded corners is composed of two sections and supported on bent legs, which are finished with metal decorations in the form of lion paws. There is a shelf at the bottom. Furthermore, the section under the top hides a sliding drawer. The entire piece is placed on rolls, which make moving the table around possible. The table has undergone restoration and is finished in shellac.
