Wear due to age and use. ----- Carl-Gustaf Vilhelm "Nalle" Hiort af Ornäs (1911–1996) was a Finnish interior architect and designer, whose most famous design is the Siesta armchair of 1952. In 1945, Hiort af Ornäs founded the furniture company Puunveisto Oy, for which he developed versatile techniques for shaping plywood.
