Haussmannian door 83x220 with old glazed transom frame 102x300 chassis

Beautiful communication door pushing left, measuring 83cm by 220cm (and 3.2cm thick), with an old glass transom, painted white-rose on one side and white on the other, complete with its dismantled frame, where the uprights "extend" 16cm below and 14cm above the transom frame, the top was "inserted" at ceiling level, allowing for the insertion of bricks or panels above the transom to maintain its full height, the bottom fixed into the joists of a floor. The fact that the frames "extend" at the top and bottom allows for easy adaptation to installation on any type of floor: parquet, underfloor heating, tiles, etc. Adjustable in height according to its frame, a light sanding, a colour finish to suit your tastes and your interior, it is ready to be installed! All from the 19th century, of Haussmannian style, moulded identically on both sides. The carpentry assembly is classic with flat panel boards, mortise and tenon joints, and dowels. Fine and elegant mouldings in the door frame, replicated on the frames. Sturdy and substantial carpentry, door thickness of 3.2cm, frame of 50mm, and frame with mouldings nearly 10cm thick. The moulded frame measures 102cm by 270cm (from the top of the painted frame to below the skirting boards). This door and its carefully dismantled frame are previously painted, not warped, the door closes properly, and despite a few rare scratches and missing glazing putty at the transom, visible in the photos, they are in very good condition, dismantled and stored safely. We have screwed a board (unpainted) at the bottom simply to maintain squareness. This door has been boarded up, so it has no handles, but there is obviously the possibility to add some. The first two photos show the front and back of the door. The whole set comes from a bourgeois house in the Lyon region (other similar doors with the same mouldings are available in my shop).
