Pair of Danish armchairs in solid teak upholstered in brown leather, designed by Sven Ellekær and manufactured by Komfort. Their distinctive character lies in their sculptural form: the gently rounded armrests flow seamlessly into the front legs without sharp angles, while the slightly reclined backrest provides a comfortable seating position. The open slatted back lightens the substantial wooden structure, while the generous dark brown cushions complement the warmth of the teak beautifully. Robust yet designed for relaxed seating, these armchairs work equally well as a pair in a living room or individually in a reading corner. The frames have been fully restored and the upholstery is new. The leather is in good condition, with a light natural patina. Designed by Sven Ellekær in Denmark in the 1960s, reflecting the principles of Danish Design and Scandinavian Mid-Century Modernism. Made of leather, teak, and wood in brown tones. **Dimensions per armchair:** Length: 76 cm Width: 78 cm Height: 78 cm Seat height: 44 cm **Set of 2** **Weight:** Standard weight (40–80 kg)
