Antique large Tibetan wooden chest painted with the representation of a meditating Buddha from the late 18th and early 19th centuries. 98cm long x 40cm deep x 47cm high. Beautiful polychromy and old patina. Note some wear and tear, the hinges were previously replaced (local restoration), some fittings are missing. Beautiful functional trunk.
