Victorian Davenport Desk in Hardwood and Leather

We are delighted to offer for sale this Victorian military campaign writing slope in the form of a Davenport desk from around 1880, made of mahogany with a green leather writing slope. A very aesthetic and decorative piece of furniture, it is the best type of antique as it is useful in a modern context, serving perfectly as a laptop table and even featuring sliding side trays (designed for your butler to serve drinks and snacks) that can be used as mouse pads. We have carefully cleaned, waxed, and hand-polished it. It has an authentic period patina with some light marks due to age and use, the patina being appreciated for this type of military campaign furniture.
