Louis XVI style coffee table - marble, porcelain medallions

Superb Louis XVI style coffee table, elegant and refined, featuring a magnificent yellow marble top veined with white and grey. The perimeter is decorated with a frieze of hand-painted porcelain medallions, each framed by finely crafted gilded bronze mounts. The apron is inlaid with chevrons, highlighted by chiselled bronze fittings, and each corner is adorned with decorative appliqués typical of the Louis XVI style. The table rests on four tapered and fluted legs, also embellished with bronze rings and caps. The whole presents a very beautiful presence, ideal for an elegant living room, a classic interior, or charming decor.
