Large oval tray in solid silver – Louis XV style – 1.850 kg. Magnificent large oval tray in solid silver, in Louis XV style, dating from the early 20th century. This elegant piece features a beautiful wavy border with refined lines, as well as an old monogram engraved in the centre, a testament to its history and authenticity. The tray bears a French control mark with a swan, as well as silversmith's marks. Its exceptional weight of 1.850 kg makes it a remarkable piece, suitable for both reception use and refined decoration. Fully cleaned, it has a lovely shine while retaining some signs of age and light scratches, consistent with its antiquity.
