Scandinavian open bookcase vintage 1950s open bookcase

Shelf bookcase made in the 1950s-1960s.similar to the scandinavian productions of hundevad & co. The solid wood structure is covered with a thick (5 mm) rosewood veneer. The furniture is placed on a wooden base. The interior space is composed of shelves, with an asymmetrical layout, the 2 carry conceal a storage space with a modular shelf in height. The library is an ideal solution for a large collection of books in a small living space, displaying collectibles, or as a claustra. The diamond hinges are typical of the geometric shapes of the art deco era. Their finish testifies to the quality of this furniture. Supetbe general condition, beautiful patina, note some scratches and minor marks (rather on the upper part) are visible. Dimensions: height: 120 cm.width: 180 cm. Depth: 20.5 cm. It would be surprising if a designator was not at the origin of the design of this piece of furniture.
