Superb and authentic *lebrillo* (large bowl/basin) in Fajalauza ceramic, originating from the Albaicín neighbourhood in Granada (Spain). This piece dates back to the 19th century; it is a classic example of Andalusian artisanal ceramics, marked by Moorish influence. The bowl is entirely hand-painted on a characteristic light background, adorned with a star-shaped floral motif in the centre, complemented by a dynamic play of wavy lines arranged radially. It features the emblematic and most sought-after colours of this tradition: cobalt blue and copper green. Ideal as a collector's item or decorative element for historic homes, country houses, or interiors with eclectic and Mediterranean styles. • Origin: Granada, Spain (Fajalauza ceramics) • Period: 19th century • Technique: Glazed earthenware (faience), shaped on a wheel and hand-painted • Condition: The piece bears the marks of time, characteristic and full of charm, including chips and glaze flakes on the edge (visible in the photos). These marks attest to its authenticity and past use, without compromising its structural integrity or aesthetic beauty.
