1970s wall unit, "CSS" in black ebony wood and aluminium from RocheBobois, fully modular, designed by George Nelson & Herman Miller for Mobilier International and Ligne Roset. Also known as a "Room divider", it can serve as a screen or partition between two rooms, and you can also install it at an angle thanks to its square posts. You can choose to separate the modules to form several storage units. This beautiful linear unit consists of 5 aluminium posts onto which various storage elements can be fixed as you wish, using metal brackets (6 shelves, 4 boxes, 1 display case, 1 bin). Thanks to its compression fixing system from floor to ceiling, with a tightening screw adjustable by +/- 5 cm, no wall drilling is necessary for this suspended bookshelf. The possibilities for arrangement and customisation are therefore numerous. Today, RocheBobois publishes this system under the model Cliffhanger. Maximum height of post: 256cm (min: 250) Total length: 303cm Total depth: 44cm Width of blocks: in the photo, the module consists of 3 blocks 82cm wide and 1 block 41cm wide. Please note: there are scratches on some shelves and patina on some edges of boxes or shelves (loss of colour). Fully dismountable for easy transport, more photos available on request, feel free to contact us.
